Payments

We accept the following ways of payment:

1. Paypal.

  If you choose Paypal payment, you will be redirected to paypal web page at checkout. We do not receive your login and password information, the payment is processed at Paypal web site. 

2. Bank Cards.

Payment is made through the authorization server of the Processing center of the Bank using Bank cards of the following Payment systems:

  VISA International

    MasterCard Worldwide

To make a payment, you will need to provide the details of your plastic card.

On the page for entering bank card data, you will need to enter: bank card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional Identification Code for MIR).
All the necessary data is on the card itself, the CCV security code is three numbers that are on the back of the card.
After that you will be directed to the page of your bank to enter the security code, which you will receive via SMS. If the code does not come, you should contact the bank where the card was issued.

The transfer of this information is made in compliance with all necessary security measures. The data will be communicated only to the authorization the Bank's server via a secure channel (TLS protocol). This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) do not enter the online store, their processing is fully protected and no one, including our online store, can receive the client's personal and banking data. Information is transmitted to encrypted and stored only on a specialized server of the Payment systems. The site and the store do not know and do not store your credit card details. When working with card data, the information security standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and Mastercard-Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is used, which ensures the secure processing of the details of the Holder's Bank Card. The applied data transmission technology guarantees the security of transactions with Bank cards by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verifiedby Visa, Secure Code protocols, and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection. When choosing a form of payment using a plastic card, making a payment by the order is made immediately after its registration. After finishing placing an order in our store, you will have to click on the "Payment card ", and the system will switch you to the authorization server page, where You will be prompted to enter the data of the plastic card, initiate it authorization, and then return to our store using the "Return to store" button. After after you return to our store, the system will notify you of the results authorization. If authorization is confirmed, your order will be automatically be performed in accordance with the conditions specified by you. In case of refusal of authorization cards, you can repeat the payment procedure.

All prices at the store are indicated in USD. Сurrency conversion proceeds at the rate of the Central Bank of Russian Federation.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you buy something from us and don't like it or don't want it, just take a picture within seven days of receiving it and let us know the problem and we will take handle it. Either a refund or a return or an exchange.  Write us at bestofrussia@gmail.com

If you received the item and its broken we will send a new one or refund you.

If you received it and its not as described or pictured we will refund or replace at no charge. Including the postage back to us for the item.

If you received it and you don't want it, we can refund you as soon as the item reaches our warehouse, put it in the same box it came in and insure and send back to us with a tracking number.

If the item from your paid order is out of stock, you may choose any item for the same price or ask for refund.

К оплате принимаются платежные карты: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide, МИР

Для оплаты товара банковской картой при оформлении заказа в интернет-магазине выберите способ оплаты: банковской картой.

При оплате заказа банковской картой, обработка платежа происходит на авторизационной странице банка, где Вам необходимо ввести данные Вашей банковской карты:

1.            тип карты

2.            номер карты,

3.            срок действия карты (указан на лицевой стороне карты)

4.            Имя держателя карты (латинскими буквами, точно также как указано на карте)

5.            CVC2/CVV2 код

Если Ваша карта подключена к услуге 3D-Secure, Вы будете автоматически переадресованы на страницу банка, выпустившего карту, для прохождения процедуры аутентификации. Информацию о правилах и методах дополнительной идентификации уточняйте в Банке, выдавшем Вам банковскую карту.

Безопасность обработки интернет-платежей через платежный шлюз банка гарантирована международным сертификатом безопасности PCI DSS. Передача информации происходит с применением технологии шифрования TLS.  Эта информация недоступна посторонним лицам.

После оплаты Вы получите на e-mail письмо с подтверждением оплаты и сроками отправки.

Советы и рекомендации по необходимым мерам безопасности проведения платежей с использованием банковской карты:

1.            берегите свои пластиковые карты так же, как бережете наличные деньги. Не забывайте их в машине, ресторане, магазине и т.д.

2.            никогда не передавайте полный номер своей кредитной карты по телефону каким-либо лицам или компаниям

3.            всегда имейте под рукой номер телефона для экстренной связи с банком, выпустившим вашу карту, и в случае ее утраты немедленно свяжитесь с банком

4.            вводите реквизиты карты  только при совершении покупки. Никогда не указывайте их по каким-то другим причинам.

Уважаемые Клиенты, информируем вас о том, что при запросе возврата денежных средств при отказе от покупки, возврат производится исключительно на ту же банковскую карту, с которой была произведена оплата.
